When submitting a form on this website, the submitted data is sent to us. We use this data to contact you in relation to your enquiry. Access to data we collect is limited to the members of our staff who require that data to perform their duties.
5. Changes to this privacy policy
We may occasionally make changes to this privacy policy. Following any changes, the date at the top of the privacy policy will be updated. If any change allows for the wider access to or sharing of data, such changes will only apply to data collected after the date of the updated privacy policy.
Terms and Conditions 
1 Scope of Agreement: These are the conditions of the contract between you, the Client (“You” and “your”) and Invenio Training Limited (Invenio Training Limited “we”, “us” and “our”) governing your use of our services, including the conference registration as set out in your booking form. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Invenio Training Limited and you. All prior agreements understandings and negotiations and representations (save for fraudulent misrepresentation) whether oral or in writing are cancelled in their entirety. The terms of any other electronic communications will not form part of this agreement. 
2 Our commitment to you: Should the Training be cancelled or the location be changed for reasons or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule the Training, including changing the location, upon written notice to you. Should the Training fail to be rescheduled for any reason your refund shall not exceed the total charge received by us from you. 
3 Payment Terms: The Total Fees specified on the booking form are exclusive of VAT and any other applicable sales tax which shall be payable in addition. 
Following completion and return of the booking form, full payment is required within fourteen days from the invoice date or prior to the Training if this is sooner. We reserve the right to charge you in full (per person amount not discounted rate) if payment is not received in accordance with these payment terms. We reserve the right to refuse certification if full payment is not received in accordance with these terms. 
Mileage and subsistence costs maybe incurred for overnight requirements and travel over 50 miles from HP14 4HY (100 mile return). Accommodation up to £95 per night, mileage charged at .40p per mile. 
Some venues may require an additional fee for exclusive useage, this will be communicated at time of booking and options discussed. 
4 Cancellations: A cancellation by the client 10 or less working days before course commencement may result in the full cost of the course being made. Cancellation by the client 11 to 30 days before the course commencement may result in up to 50% of the cost of the course being made. An administration fee of £50 will be charged for any administration resulting through a cancellation or reschedule by the client. If a student is unable to attend, a substitute may be sent in their place or a credit given towards a future Invenio Training Limited course. 
5 General: You, your executive/s or your agents may not transfer or assign any of the rights or obligations of this Agreement (in whole or part) without our prior consent. Any attempt to resell, assign or transfer rights without our consent will entitle us to cancel the contract without liability to you. 
This agreement is governed by and will be construed in accordance with English law and each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England will have the non-exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement. 
The working language of the Training is English. Attendees requiring an interpretation service must make their own arrangements at their own expense Invenio Training Limited is subject to the UK Data Protection Act 1998. Our primary goal in collecting personal information from you is to give you an enjoyable customised experience whilst allowing us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs. We collect certain personal information from you, which you give to us when using our site and/or registering or subscribing for our products and services. We guarantee not to pass on this information to any other persons or companies.
